The Zerust/Excor Tote Covers are also sometimes called VCI shower caps due to their unique elastic bottom. The elastic band provides a secure fit over totes or odd-shaped or protruding parts such as hub assemblies. Tote Covers prevent corrosion by diffusing Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) chemistry. The covers also act as a barrier of protection against dirt, dust, smoke and other contaminants.

The covers are typically made of Zerust ICT510-CLHD High-Density VCI Film, but the Tote Covers can be made from almost any Zerust film product as required by the application. They are designed to cover most common sizes of plastic stackable totes and are re-useable when in good condition. Since Zerust ICT Tote Covers are made of transparent film, parts and components remain visible for easy identification and inspection.
